Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund. Please review the details below.
Returns
Returns must be initiated within thirty days of your purchase date. Jewelry must be in new, unworn condition and returned with the original gift box, tags, and labels intact.
How to Start a Return
Email customerservice@rarestjewelries.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After you receive your RMA, place the item in its original gift box along with your receipt and authorization number. Customer service will provide the full return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to ten days for processing. Depending on your credit card company, it may take one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
